Quick Detach Mounting System: The GobbleCams are built in a way that you can easily mount the camera to the tree using the quick detach system. The quick detach system allows you to mount the camera to tree, limbs, bushes, posts, stumps, etc. Simply detach the mounting portion of the system, screw it into the location of your choice, and slip and lock the camera into place. This system allows for you to position the camera in any direction and mount the camera at any height or angle. Cameras: Uses a REAL Sony Digital Camera with CCD technology. The Sony cameras are older model cameras that are not manufactured or sold brand new. The Sony digital cameras we supply are used cameras but are individually tested to assure 100% functionality. These cameras do not have a zoom lens, so they make the PERFECT camera for wildlife due to fast trigger times and no noise from the lense extending. All the new Sony cameras I could use have zoom lenses that make noise and have slower trigger time. That is why I chose to build my cameras with the older model Sony cameras because in my experience they last the longest, are the quietest, and have the fastest trigger speeds.
